JUNYI MA

Junyi Ma is a Paris-based journalist and art critic. She holds a BFA in French literature from Xiamen University, China, and an MFA in contemporary art theories from Université de Paris VIII, France. She speaks and writes in Chinese, English and French.

Since 2015, she has been a contributing writer and occasional on-site editor for numerous magazines and publications in China, including Wallpaper, Numéro, The Art Newspaper, Art-Ba-Ba, Kinfolk, Artnet, Ocula, T, Ellemen, The Bund, Modern Weekly, iFeng Fashion, among others. Her focus encompasses art, design, and architecture.

Junyi is also the co-founder of Ondulée, an agency of digital communication and cultural strategy based in Paris.
